Yes. You can configure weeks, individual days or a series. A series has one price and one capacity for all selected dates together. Parents see the list of dates without choosing between individual days.

The public form supports Dutch, English and French. Check any custom questions and text you add as an organizer too; these are not automatically translated.

Connect your Mollie account and activate Bancontact as a payment method in Mollie. Parents pay from the registration form. Bancontact is the payment method; Mollie processes the payment. Check the settings and test before opening bookings.

Yes. With Mollie, you can set a deposit per child and optionally let parents pay in full instead. CampForms shows the amount paid and the remaining balance. The organizer can send a balance payment link; the balance is not collected automatically.

CampForms does not charge commission on payments. Your CampForms subscription and your payment provider's transaction fees are separate costs. Check your provider's current pricing.

Set capacity per period and enable the waiting list. When a period is full, parents can join the waiting list. Track these registrations separately and decide as organizer who receives a place when one becomes available.

No. Converting a waiting-list entry into a regular registration is a deliberate organizer action. Check the available place and any payment required before confirming participation.

It depends on your mutuality. Use its current form and conditions; there is no universal form accepted by every mutuality. CampForms can create a participation certificate per child, but your mutuality decides whether it is sufficient and what extra information is needed.

Ask the camp organizer for the completed certificate 281.86. Downloading a blank template is not the same as receiving a valid certificate. The organizer must check whether the childcare meets the conditions. Automatic tax certificates are planned in CampForms but are not yet available.

Yes. Set how many days before camp the reminder should be sent and write the content in Dutch, English and French. Send a test email to check the content. The reminder uses the language saved with the registration.
