Definitions

In these terms, the following definitions apply:

• 'Platform' — the CampForms.app website and all related services
• 'User' — any natural or legal person who uses the platform
• 'Organiser' — the user who creates and manages camps
• 'Parent' — the natural person who registers a child via the platform
• 'Registration' — the digital entry of a child for a camp or week

Use of the Platform

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
• You are responsible for the accuracy of all data you enter
• You may not use the platform for unlawful purposes
• You may not attempt to disrupt or damage the platform
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms

Account and Subscription

Access to the platform requires creating an account. Some features require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed annually unless otherwise agreed. You can cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Payments and Refunds

All payments on the platform are processed via third-party providers (Mollie or Stripe). CampForms.app does not store payment card details. The organiser is responsible for any refunds to parents. CampForms.app fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Data and Privacy

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws (GDPR). The organiser remains responsible for complying with data protection obligations towards parents and children. Medical and sensitive data should only be collected when strictly necessary.

Liability

• CampForms.app is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for direct or indirect damages arising from platform use, except in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence
• We are not responsible for the accuracy of data entered by users
• We are not a party to any agreement between organiser and parent

Intellectual Property

All content, software, and designs on CampForms.app are the property of ESKIDOOS bv or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission. You retain ownership of your own data and content uploaded to the platform.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you breach these terms. Upon termination, your data will be retained for a maximum of 90 days, after which it will be permanently deleted unless a longer retention period is required by law.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or through the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Belgium. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Ghent, Belgium.
