• Payment information: processed via Mollie or Stripe — we do not store card details
• Usage data: IP address, browser type, pages visited (anonymised where possible)

Purpose of Data Processing

We process your data for the following purposes:

• Providing and maintaining the CampForms.app platform
• Processing camp registrations and payments
• Sending confirmation emails and follow-up communications
• Improving our services and user experience
• Complying with legal obligations (e.g., accounting, tax)
